If anybody here is interested, I'm parting out the engine. Turns out I had a blown head gasket.

So,..here's the stuff seperate:

1980 Aussie Crossflow head. Modified to accept stainless steel valves ( 1.75 I./ 1.5 e.). Has BBC beehive springs, chromoly retainers. Comes with Crower Stainless Steel 1.75 ratio roller rockers, Comp cams hardened pushrods, ARP head studs and the Aussie Speed aluminum valve cover you see in the other pics. Head is ported. There is probably less than 20 hours of total run time on the head.....500.00

(2) intake manifolds for the above head. One is a single TB wedge shape, and the other is an ITB config made out of 6 BMW M3 throttle bodies. 250.00 for both.

Roller cam for the above head. Tigue solid roller with solid lifters and double row timing chain, and gear set. 200.00

Set of 3.700" race tec 2618 forged Pistons on C9AE forged rods ( .080 over stock) 250.00

Partial filled, sleeved ( .125" wall sleeves) block, modified to accept above head, Pistons and roller cam above. Comes with perfect crank, and SBF harmonic balancer modified to fit. Has lifter valley cut open, and plated to allow access to get roller lifters installed.

Ford EDIS 6 electronic ignition system. Comes with coil pack, module, trigger wheel, and VR sensor. 100.00

Turbo header for the above combination. At the very least, you can use the head flange to build a set of headers to fit your application. 75.00

Let me talk to you about the complete engine when I get home from work. I assume you've disassembled the engine partially, since you know you have a blown head gasket. It's just after 4 PM here in OKC. I'll get home about 5:30 PM.

I just went down an looked at the block.
Originally when I first machined this engine, the cylinders were beyond boring. I had the machine shop install .090 wall sleeves. That required a .180 over bore. They then bored and honed those sleeves out to the finish bore if 3.700. But, that was done improperly, and there was significant taper in the bores, and blowby. When I disassembled the engine it became apparent that they had done poor work, and they bored the cylinders out again, and reinstalled different sleeves this time, the sleeves were .125" wall sleeves, which meant that they had to bore the engine .250" ( 1/4") to install the sleeves.
Today, I can see small cracks between the cylinders in the block deck.I don't know if the block can be saved. But now, I'm not asking nothing for that. If you want it, and want to see if those cracks can be welded, you can have it. then have the block decked after welding, but that will be up to you.

Yes, but you'll have to JB Weld in a something like a 1/4 by 1-1/4 by say 20-1/4 inch by square section plate and do some basic modifications. Then it'll fit fine.


The cam and other parts have to be changed.

As a personal level, there isn't a guy I trust more to buy an alloy head off than the gentleman above.

Thanks for the info Xctasy... this looks like too much for me to take on at this time. I'll get there eventually!

If you plan to do it at anytime in the future, You wont ever buy the stuff for less. The head and supporting parts are priced at a fraction of what it cost just to buy the parts.
With the valve cover, and rockers, springs and valves, I'll bet there is over 3k in the head.
